The Punch P500X2 is a 2-channel stereo amplifier capable of producing 250 Watts into each channel at 2-Ohms. The P500X2 amplifier is great with full-range or component systems or can be bridged for use with several subwoofers.

If you have an APO address, or HI, AK or PR we will need to quote shipping prior to your purchase. Please email via the eBay messaging system and we will be happy to quote your shipping fees. On items that are not indicated as free the shipping rate will be calculated by weight and postal code and can be found using the shipping tab located at the top of the listing.

Smaller items less than 1 pound will most likely be shipped via usps first class mail provided they are within measurements. Anything 2-5 pounds will most likely ship via usps priority mail or parcel select provided they are within measurements. Anything over 5 pounds with larger measurement will be shipped via UPS. Please indicate on your paypal payment in the notes section if you cannot receive usps at your physical address and indicate your postal address in the notes section of paypal.

International Shipments are generally shipped via Ebays Global Shipping program. Details can be found via this link Ebays Global Shipping Program . On items that are ineligible to ship via Ebays Global ship program, we will ship via usps express mail international. Rates will be calculated by weight and postal code and will NOT include brokerage, duties, customs, and/or taxes. Those fees will be due to the courier upon receipt of the product.

General Return Policy:

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization, which will be given on a case by case basis at Sound of Tri-State's discretion. Please email us using the Ask Seller a Question Link to obtain a return authorization number. NOTE: Any return that does not have a return authorization number written on the outside of the package will not be accepted. We only ship to the address we have on file. Sound of Tri-State has the sole discretion as to what is warrantied. Also Sound of Tri-State is not responsible for any shipping charges. It is our intention to keep you, the customer happy. With that in mind, we will do our best to repair or exchange the item sent back to us in good faith.

For returns made 14 days from date of purchase, payment will be refunded less shipping and handling and up to a 15% restocking fee, if a refund is wanted. The item has to be complete in order to receive a refund. If an item is found defective within 14 days, the customer does not have to pay the restocking fees to receive the replacement unit or refund. After 14 days from your receipt date, defective items may be repaired or replaced at Sound of Tri-State's discretion ( Except Remanufactured products, which are only repaired.) The customer will need to send payment for return shipping and handling . The return fee is a non-refundable service fee and will not be part of any credit issued.
